I am a graduate from the BA (Hons) 3D Materials Practice course at the University of Brighton. I specialised in Ceramics and Visual Research and most recent body of work was inspired by the variations visible in human forms specifically looking at medical imagery and skeletons. My aim when creating this work was to fuse art and craft with science and medicine. My Visual Research minor study explored signs of life using film and photography and looked at the unconscious traces we leave such as an echo or changes in light as we move through a space. It dealt with feelings of an absent presence and ‘The Uncanny’.

I am passionate about art and creative thinking. I relish the chance to learn new skills and pick them up quickly, which is why I particularly enjoyed my degree course. It gave me the opportunity to practice the art of making through many different mediums. I’m a hardworking person and I enjoy working with other people. I’m reliable, responsible and can meet deadlines.
